What kind of stuff do you make?
Did nobody tell you already? J/K. Most of my handmade items are the handbags. I like to use lots of different fabrics and elements to make each one pretty and functional. A lot of them are available in limited quantity to ensure your style is unique. Since every single bag is handmade, they are all different. I'm a pretty crafty person so I also like to dabble with other accessories and alter & reconstruct cool t-shirts.
How often do you add new items?
It depends. Shebang just started out so new items have been introduced slowly, only because I don't release the items until after things are perfected and I'm confident to post them up.
Can you custommake me something?
If you like something in the shop but it's not exactly what you're looking for, ask and I may be able to create something to your liking. Want a longer strap or different color of something, I'll change it for you. If you don't see an item you like, let me know if you're looking for something in particular because I just might be able to make it happen for you.

ORDERING, SHIPPING & HANDLING
What forms of payment do you accept?
Personal checks, post office money orders, and well concealed cash (at your risk, I take no responsibility for lost money). I also now accept payments through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How much is shipping?
For the first item it's $5.00US to all 50 U.S. states. $6.00 to Canada. $8.00 to all other countries.
How do you ship?
Every item ordered in the shop will be sent First-Class Priority Mail care of the United States Postal Service. If you feel the need to put insurance on it or have it sent another way, let me know.
Where do you ship?
I'm based in Connecticut, USA, but I ship practically anywhere in the world, as far as the USPS can go.
How long does it take to get to me?
It depends on what you ordered. If it's one of the handbags or a specially made item, it may take an additional week or two for me to finish your bag or add personalization. If it's a vintage item, it'll be sent in 2 to 3 business days and take as long for the mail to get to you. Once your package is sent off, it may take from one week or more until you recieve it. So if you plan on buying something as a gift for someone special, make sure to order in advance so you can get it on time!

RETURN POLICY
Every specially made item is made with the utmost care and precision. I only sell good quality. Within 10 to 12 days after you recieve your order, if it wasn't what you wanted, is damaged, whathaveyou, contact me and tell me what's going on. I'll send you more details on how we can work it out. For custom made items, sales are final. No refunds, got it? So be careful what you order!

Will you send me spam/junk mail?
If you signed up to the mailing list, don’t worry because I won’t give your address out to any third parties. The only mailings you’ll receive will pertain to Shebang and any updates or additions I’m excited to tell you about. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe there is information on how to do so in every mailing, otherwise fill out the contact form letting me know, as well as providing the email address you want to unsubscribe.
